Challenge Help

Your challenge question and answer are used to identify yourself when resetting your password. You should choose a challenge question and answer that is known or meaningful only to you and cannot be guessed, or discovered by other people.

To change you challenge question and answer,

1. Log in to Pheme
   
2. Click the Change Challenge link. Your challenge answer can contain letters, numbers, spaces and special characters. It must be six characters or more and is NOT case sensitive.(So AnSwEr is the same thing as answer).
3. Click Update.
