Reset Password Help

If you have forgotten your password and have previously set a challenge question and answer, you can reset it through the Forgotten Password link from the menu on the left.

When you are asked your challenge question, enter your correct challenge, and you will be able to set yourself a new password.

If you have not set a challenge question, or do not remember your challenge answer, you will need to visit the Student internet Support Office with some photographic identification.
